The agent-native work desk

Direct AI across multiple projects. Come back knowing what happened.

Project Desk is the agent-updated work tracker for software builders directing AI. It separates decisions that need your judgment from scoped work an agent can take next — and keeps open decisions out of the Agent Queue. Connected agents read and update the desk through MCP, so you return knowing what changed, what was proven, and what still needs you.

Start with 60 days of full Pro, free — every project at once, no credit card. Keep a free plan forever after.

How it works

Three steps to a shared working desk.

1

Create your desk with GitHub, Google, or Microsoft. Free, no card, takes seconds.

2

Connect your agent

Add the connector to Claude Code, Codex, or Claude — we walk you through it once you're in.

3

Direct & reflect

Tell your agent what you're building, or connect your existing projects. Successful tool calls update the same live board.

The everyday loop

You never update the board. You read it.

Your AI writes the board.

As your agents build, they file and finish the work themselves — you never keep the board up to date, because you never touch it.

The board sorts what’s yours.

What needs a human — a decision, a review — lands in your Attention Queue as a plain ask. What your AI can handle alone waits in the Agent Queue for you to say “go.”

You read, decide, and speak.

That’s the whole job. When nothing needs you, the board says so — and you go live your life while the work keeps moving.

Reflect your repositories in Project Desk.

Open your coding agent and say

“Inspect the repositories available in this workspace, read their existing setup and agent instructions, and show me your recommended next step before changing anything in Project Desk.”

Your agent finds the repositories it can access, tells you what it found, then explains any recommendation before it writes a file or changes your board.

📁Already have repositories? Start wherever you work. Your agent reads the instructions and planning it finds, creates a truthful Desk mirror, and can recommend a minimal improvement — or no change at all — with evidence.
Working across repositories? Your agent maps the relationships it can actually see, shows you what it found, and connects the right work without assuming how your system is organized.
No repositories yet? Tell your agent what you want to build. It can create your first project, get it running, and connect it to Project Desk — one deliberate step at a time.

Connect Project Desk to your AI.

Use the AI client you already prefer. Project Desk adds desk tools only; filesystem, command, and other capabilities still come from that client and the workspace access you configured there.

Your connector URL — click to copy

Claude Code — add the desk tools alongside the local capabilities you already use.

  1. 1In the Claude Code app, click your account name → Settings → Connectors, then Add → Add custom connector.
  2. 2Name it ProjectDesk, paste the connector URL above into Remote MCP server URL, and click Add.
  3. 3Click Connect on the new connector, then authorize with GitHub, Google, or Microsoft — the same account you signed in with here.
  4. 4Use the permission settings you prefer in Claude Code.
  5. 5Ask Claude Code to connect the repositories available in its workspace and recommend the next step before changing anything.

Codex — add the desk tools alongside the local capabilities you already use.

  1. 1Open Settings → MCP servers, then click Add server.
  2. 2Choose Streamable HTTP (not STDIO). Name it ProjectDesk, paste the connector URL above into URL, and save.

  4. 4Use the permission settings you prefer in Codex.
  5. 5Ask Codex to connect the repositories available in its workspace and recommend the next step before changing anything.

Claude — add Project Desk as a custom connector. Any repo capabilities depend on Claude's other tools and workspace access.

  1. 1In Claude Desktop or claude.ai, open Settings → Connectors and choose Add custom connector.
  2. 2Name it ProjectDesk, paste the connector URL above, and confirm.
  3. 3Claude opens a sign-in window — authorize with GitHub, Google, or Microsoft, the same account you signed in with here.
  4. 4Start managing your board from chat — ask "what needs me?", capture ideas, move work.

Project Desk respects the permission settings you already chose in your AI client.

Waiting to hear from your agent…

Welcome to your Team desk.

Your projects, people, billing, and AI connections stay separate from your other desks. Connecting an AI here creates a new desk connection; it never moves or retargets one you already authorized.
