The everyday loop
As your agents build, they file and finish the work themselves — you never keep the board up to date, because you never touch it.
What needs a human — a decision, a review — lands in your Attention Queue as a plain ask. What your AI can handle alone waits in the Agent Queue for you to say “go.”
That’s the whole job. When nothing needs you, the board says so — and you go live your life while the work keeps moving.

Sign in with GitHub, Google, or Microsoft to create your account — then connect Claude Code, Codex, Claude, or another MCP client to the desks your account can access.
No credit card required.
Nothing needs your attention right now, which is a good sign rather than a problem. When you are ready for more, pick up Active work or open a project from your Project Desk.
No work is queued for an agent yet. The Agent Queue holds tasks an agent can safely finish on its own, without someone watching over it. When you have one ready, add a scoped, clearly specified task here.
No assigned work has been returned. A teammate sends a Return here when they cannot safely finish something they were given, so an empty queue means nothing is waiting on you.
No projects have been granted to you yet. This is normal right after you join: a Team Lead grants project access once you are on the team, not at the moment you are invited. Ask a Team Lead for access, or connect your AI client and read on while you wait.
Nothing has shipped yet. When you close work as done it comes to rest here, so this is where you will find what you have completed.
There is no additional team work to show right now, which is expected on a small or new team. As the team takes on more, shared team work and the Archive appear here inside Team Desk.

Your agent reads only what it can already see, tells you what it found, and proposes the specific projects worth tracking. You pick what goes on the desk — nothing is written until you choose.
Use the AI client you already prefer. Project Desk adds desk tools only; filesystem, command, and other capabilities still come from that client and the workspace access you configured there.

Connect an AI client once to your account, then choose a desk when the work needs one.
Set up one account connector for every desk you can access. Agent sessions below show each client's authorization and verified use.
The agent will check the Project Desk tools in that chat. A connection here never proves access on another computer.
Disconnect an AI client without signing out this browser, or use the emergency controls to revoke a whole access domain.
Lost your tools in an AI app? If you expected tools to be available and an agent still shows "no verified MCP use yet", its app may be holding a stale sign-in (it can also simply mean the client authorized but never called the desk). Disconnect it here, then remove and re-add the same connector in your app — that triggers a fresh sign-in attempt; if it doesn't, fully relaunch the app. Full recovery steps are on the connect page.

Download the work Project Desk stores for you, or permanently delete the account that owns it.
Download everything Project Desk holds for your account. The Markdown file is self-restoring — hand it to Claude and say "recreate my desk from this file."
Everything we hold is what you see on the desk — your projects, shapes, queues, issues, and attention items — plus your sign-in email and name, your plan, and when your connector last synced. That's the whole list. Your code and repositories never touch Project Desk, so this export is not a computer backup — your repos live in git, back them up there.
Download one project's decision record to share with Claude, Codex, or a teammate. Code and repositories are not included.
