Project Desk is a work tracker for software builders who direct AI — built for juggling more than one project at once. Connected agents read and update the same projects, queues, and handoffs through live tools, so you can jump back into any of them without rebuilding the plan from old chats.
Start with 60 days of full Pro, free — every project at once, no credit card. Keep a free plan forever after.
Project Desk is a work tracker for software builders who direct AI. It keeps your projects, queues, and handoffs truthful as your agent works — operated entirely through your AI, with no dashboard to babysit.
Every new account starts with 60 days of full Pro, free — run every project at once, no credit card. When the trial ends you keep the free plan forever; nothing is deleted.

✓ Connected
Connect your repositories to Project Desk.
Open your coding agent and say
“Connect my repositories to Project Desk. Find the work available to you, read their existing setup, and show me your recommended next step before changing anything.”
Your agent finds the repositories it can access, tells you what it found, then explains any recommendation before it writes a file or changes your board.
📁Already have repositories? Start wherever you work. Your agent reads the instructions and planning it finds, creates a truthful Desk mirror, and can recommend a minimal improvement — or no change at all — with evidence.
↔Working across repositories? Your agent maps the relationships it can actually see, shows you what it found, and connects the right work without assuming how your system is organized.
✨No repositories yet? Tell your agent what you want to build. It can create your first project, get it running, and connect it to Project Desk — one deliberate step at a time.

Connect Project Desk to your AI.
Use the AI client you already prefer. Project Desk adds desk tools only; filesystem, command, and other capabilities still come from that client and the workspace access you configured there.
Your connector URL — click to copy
Claude Code — add the desk tools alongside the local capabilities you already use.
1In the Claude Code app, click your account name → Settings → Connectors, then Add → Add custom connector.
2Name it ProjectDesk, paste the connector URL above into Remote MCP server URL, and click Add.
3Click Connect on the new connector, then authorize with GitHub, Google, or Microsoft — the same account you signed in with here.

5Ask Claude Code to connect the repositories available in its workspace and recommend the next step before changing anything.

Authority
Authority is granted per person, and each grant is separate — a preset is just a convenient starting bundle, not a role. Giving someone Team Desk lets them see where work sits; it does not let them move it, decide anything, or spend money. Those are separate grants.
Sessions & connected agents
Disconnect an AI client without signing out this browser, or use the emergency controls to revoke a whole access domain.
Lost your tools in an AI app? If you expected tools to be available and an agent still shows "no verified MCP use yet", its app may be holding a stale sign-in (it can also simply mean the client authorized but never called the desk). Disconnect it here, then remove and re-add the same connector in your app — that triggers a fresh sign-in attempt; if it doesn't, fully relaunch the app. Full recovery steps are on the connect page.
Your data
Download everything Project Desk holds for your account. The Markdown file is self-restoring — hand it to Claude and say "recreate my desk from this file."
Everything we hold is what you see on the desk — your projects, shapes, queues, issues, and attention items — plus your sign-in email and name, your plan, and when your connector last synced. That's the whole list. Your code and repositories never touch Project Desk, so this export is not a computer backup — your repos live in git, back them up there.
Off by default. Legal and billing notices (terms changes, receipts, security) are always sent — this only controls product news.
Danger zone
Delete your account and everything on your desk — projects, issues, attention items. Any active subscription is canceled first. This cannot be undone. Consider downloading your data above first.
