Refund & Cancellation Policy — Project Desk by Atlier
Last updated: July 4, 2026 Operator: Wilds, Inc. ("we," "us," "our") Service: Project Desk by Atlier (the "Service") Contact: wildsdesign@gmail.com
This page explains how paid subscriptions to Project Desk are billed, how to cancel, and when you can get a refund. It is written to be plain and fair.
Plans and billing
- Project Desk has a free tier and paid subscriptions — Pro, and a discounted Founding plan for early members (Team when available). The free tier requires no payment.
- Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis and renew automatically at the start of each period until you cancel.
- The price and billing period are shown at checkout before you pay. You can see your current plan and renewal date any time in Settings → Subscription.
Payments and Merchant of Record
Payments for Project Desk are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), acting as our Merchant of Record. This means Paddle is the seller of record for your purchase: it handles the payment and any applicable sales tax or VAT, issues your receipt, and appears on your card or bank statement (typically shown as "Paddle" or "Paddle.net"). Paddle's Buyer Terms apply to your purchase alongside this policy, and refunds are processed by Paddle on our behalf.
Cancelling
- You can cancel any time from Settings → Subscription (which opens Paddle's secure management page), or by emailing us at wildsdesign@gmail.com.
- When you cancel, your subscription stops renewing and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not charge you again after you cancel.
- Deleting your account (Settings → Danger zone) also cancels any active subscription first, so you are never billed again.
Refunds
- 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. Because paid plans start billing immediately — there is no trial period at checkout — we stand behind your first paid period: if Project Desk isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of your first charge on a paid plan and we will refund it in full — no hassle.
- Renewals. Later renewal charges (the monthly charges after your first) are generally not automatically refundable, because you can cancel any time before a renewal to avoid the next charge. If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend — for example, you meant to cancel and didn't — contact us within 14 days of that charge and we will work with you in good faith.
- How refunds are issued. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle to your original payment method. It typically takes 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- How to request one. Email wildsdesign@gmail.com from the address on your account, or use the refund/contact link in your Paddle receipt email. Tell us which charge you mean; we will confirm and process it.
